An abundance of locally grown fruit from my grandfather’s garden inspired me to begin my jam making journey fifteen years ago.

I enjoy experimenting with different flavour combinations and I am mindful of keeping waste to a minimum. Winning prizes for my homemade jams, relishes and pickles has only added to my joy in making them!
